Marketing manager in digital businesses

We are looking for a proactive, organized Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate marketing activities across several digital businesses. This is primarily a team leadership and project coordination role. You will turn business goals into clear marketing plans, delegate work to specialists, track progress and ensure quality delivery. You will be expected to provide practical support when needed, while keeping your main focus on leading the team and monitoring results. Our portfolio includes KYC and identity verification services, food delivery platforms, and adult (18+) projects involving feet fetish content and massage-related content.

• Develop marketing plans with clear goals, priorities, timelines and budgets for each project.
• Lead and coordinate SEO specialists, social media specialists.
• Translate project goals into actionable tasks, assign responsibilities and monitor deadlines.
• Track progress across projects, identify delays or resource gaps and coordinate solutions.
• Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements based on results.
• Take initiative, resolve issues within your scope and escalate decisions when necessary.

• Experience in digital marketing, including leading or coordinating a marketing team.
• A good understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media and performance measurement.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage competing priorities.
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
• Russian and English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Comfort working with adult (18+) projects, including feet fetish and massage-related content.
• Ability to work as an independent contractor, sign a service agreement and issue valid invoices.

• A fully remote position.
• Flexible working hours, with agreed availability for team coordination and meetings.
• Monthly compensation of GEL 1,500, with an increase after successful completion of the three-month probation period.
