Marketing manager in advertising production

NM Productions is a UK-based advertising production company making TVCs, social campaigns and stills for brands including Emirates, Range Rover, Kroger, Marriott, Hilton and Rosewood. Pintsized Studios is our sister studio for live event photo and video capture and social content, where big ideas go pintsized. Pintsized has created work for Adidas, EA Sports, IWC, Omega, Puma, Smirnoff, Jaguar Land Rover and the FIFA Women's World Cup, among others. Two brands, one small team, and a lot of work worth talking about. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing, PR and business development for both NM Productions and Pintsized Studios.

• Manage social channels for both brands across all platforms, including LinkedIn, and grow our online presence
• Create original content: posts, reels, BTS and case studies built from our stills and finished work
• Plan and schedule content in Hootsuite, keeping a rolling calendar
• Build and run Meta ads / campaigns across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn tracking spend and results
• Create on-brand assets in Canva and Adobe suite
• Maintain and organise the content archive with old and new content templates, previous shoot assets etc.
• Stay on top of social trends and bring ideas for how we use them
• Write, build and schedule newsletters in Mailchimp for NM Productions and Pintsized
• Utilise Canva to build and export newsletters to Mailchimp
• Manage and maintain our active audience lists and report on opens, clicks and growth.
• Look for trends to maximize content reach (dates, time of day and culturally relevant happenings in the social calendar).
• Write press releases to garner industry recognition.
• Utilise industry tools such as slate to pitch work and case studies to trade press
• Keep our press contacts list up to date with new leads as and when appropriate
• Connect with the directors and photographers we work with to share and promote new work across relevant platforms
• Maintain their archive for our Talent pages, whilst keeping up to date with their new work and projects, requesting work when necessary
• Keep company profiles current on industry directories such as Little Black Book (LBB), Shots and Production Paradise
• Prepare awards entries (e.g. Shots Awards, The Drum, Cannes Lions)
• Gather and manage client reviews and testimonials
• Update the NM Productions and Pintsized websites with new work, news and case studies
• Brief and liaise with web developers on larger changes
• Manage Pintsized merch and seasonal products: ordering, stock, dispatch and delivery tracking
• Own the PR & Marketing folder: logos, brand guidelines, supplier details and templates, all kept tidy and easy to find
• Identify and research new prospective clients for both brands
• Help manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, building lead lists and tracking outreach

• 3+ years in marketing, PR or social, ideally in advertising, production or a creative industry
• Creative, with original ideas and a strong eye for imagery and how work should be presented
• Proficient across all major social platforms, including LinkedIn, and aware of current social trends
• Confident with Mailchimp, Canva,Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Cloud and photo / video editing software
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading, from punchy social copy to polished press releases
• Able to work quickly and efficiently, juggle two brands and manage your own workload autonomously across task management software and Google Suite
• Comfortable building relationships with directors, photographers, press and prospective clients

• This is an office-based role and not a standard 9 to 6. Shoots, events and deadlines set the pace, and you'll be asked to support the wider business as and when it is needed.
