Marketing manager for RX and OTC products

Our client is a successful, internationally active healthcare company with a broad portfolio of prescription (RX) and over-the-counter (OTC) products. Through innovative products, high quality standards and a patient-focused corporate philosophy, the company is one of the established players in the healthcare market.

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies for RX and OTC products
• Responsibility for the entire product lifecycle management
• Managing 2 employees
• Creating and implementing brand plans, including budget responsibility
• Analyzing market, competitor and customer data to identify growth opportunities
• Working closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs and external agencies
• Developing target-group-specific marketing materials and multichannel campaigns
• Planning and organizing congresses, events and training programs
• Monitoring relevant KPIs and deriving appropriate optimization measures
• Managing external service providers and agencies

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, marketing, life sciences or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally with responsibility for RX and OTC products
• Initial management experience
• Demonstrable success in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Experience in launch management is an advantage
• Analytical and strategic mindset combined with a strong hands-on mentality
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Confident use of relevant market and analysis tools
• Fluent German and English
