Business Media Central Asia (BMCA) is part of an international holding that organizes exhibition projects across Central Asia in partnership with global event organizers. Since 2021, BMCA has operated the International Exhibition Center “EXPO” and specializes in large-scale trade shows, conferences, and corporate events.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for exhibition projects and events;
• Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns;
• Coordinate promotional materials;
• Oversee social media and website content;
• Support lead generation and client acquisition efforts;
• Analyze market trends;
• Prepare performance reports;
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and event management teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotion;
• Maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and exhibitors;
• Support on-site marketing activities during events.

• Skills in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand positioning;
• Skills in digital marketing, social media management, and online content creation;
• Skills in event marketing, promotional activities, and coordinating marketing materials for exhibitions and conferences;
• Skills in market research, data analysis, and campaign performance and audience behavior reporting;
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Proficiency in commonly used marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms;
• Solid MS Office skills;
• Fluency in English and local languages;
• Ability to write clear, professional marketing and business communications;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site in a fast-paced environment;
• Nice to have: Relevant experience in B2B marketing, events or exhibition industry, or related sectors.
