• Provide high-level support to commercial real estate brokerage and appraisal teams;
• Draft social media content for key stakeholders;
• Define and implement a content marketing strategy on B2B channels aimed at lead generation;
• Launch PPC campaigns in Meta Business Manager;
• Contribute to marketing, graphic design, project management, and administrative functions;
• Partner with brokers, research, marketing, and client service coordinators to support the overall success of the office;
• Gather and curate content with client service coordinators and brokers;
• Execute marketing tactics including brochure and flyer development, broker opinion of value, advertising, website edits, aerial footage, email marketing, social media tiles, and direct mail;
• Ensure marketing efforts align with Paragon and G.Miller Brand Guidelines.

• B2B marketing experience is preferable;
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva;
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s Degree in BA, Marketing, or a related field, marketing credentials.
