ChillBase studio is an independent gaming industry company developing outstanding products, including OneState, a Social RolePlay game.

• Develop marketing analytics and provide teams with accurate, up-to-date data through Tableau;
• Design data marts for analytical needs and work with ClickHouse;
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines in Airflow to automate marketing data collection and processing;
• Research advertising traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance;
• Support teams with complex analytical challenges;
• Develop forecasting models and apply statistical methods to marketing-related problems;
• Create internal analytics tools, alerting systems, automated data quality checks, and other solutions that improve team efficiency;
• Automate analytical workflows using Python and AI-powered tools.

• 4+ Years of experience in Marketing Analytics;
• Strong understanding of mobile User Acquisition, key marketing metrics, and mobile attribution principles;
• Understanding of data flows from advertising platforms through MMPs into internal analytics systems;
• Strong Python and SQL skills;
• Hands-on experience with ClickHouse;
• Experience designing data marts and working with data warehouses (DWH);
• Experience with BI platforms and building analytical reports and dashboards;
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data automation;
• Experience solving complex analytical problems with measurable business impact;
• Experience developing forecasting models and applying statistical methods to data analysis;
• Practical experience using AI tools to automate analytics and improve workflow efficiency;
• Russian language proficiency at C1 level;
• Willingness to work from the office in Limassol or Tbilisi;
• Nice to have: experience building advanced forecasting models beyond traditional linear and logistic regression, experience with probabilistic programming (PyMC, Stan), experience in mobile gamedev.
