Marketing creatives producer for mobile games

The role is working within our studio: Belka Games Belka Games is a game development company. According to Sensor Tower, the company is among the top 30 highest-grossing game developers in Europe, and its audience has recently surpassed 110 million players. As a Marketing Creatives Producer, you'll have plenty of opportunity for research and complete responsibility for your project. Developing your own framework for analyzing creative content will allow you to create better content, and having a good relationship with partners will let you conduct extensive market research.

• Define and shape the creative strategy for one of our projects
• Set creative production priorities and contribute to planning
• Lead the creative development process end-to-end: generate hypotheses, select ideas, and oversee production
• Analyze creative performance and hypotheses, turning findings into actionable insights for the production team
• Improve creative analytics tools in collaboration with the Marketing Analytics team
• Monitor and analyze the mobile advertising market, trends, and best practices
• Maintain the Creative Knowledge Base and share relevant insights with the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners

• Extensive experience in a similar role in GameDev, with a portfolio demonstrating successful creative production
• Deep understanding of the mobile gaming and mobile advertising market
• Strong knowledge of advertising channels, placements, and performance marketing
• Solid understanding of end-to-end art, video, and playable ad production
• Experience working with creative performance data and analytics
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and generative technologies in creative production workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to generate, prioritize, and evaluate ideas
• English and Russian spoken and written at B2 level and above
