Karas Systems helps B2B high-tech companies de-risk and accelerate growth through GTM, Product Engineering, and AI Automation solutions. It operates across the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, build and enrich target lists, monitor automated outreach funnels, flag issues, and report weekly results
• Coordinate recurring meetings, prepare agendas, record decisions, and follow up on action items
• Keep project trackers, owners, and deadlines current
• Administer tools and maintain the company knowledge base

• 3+ Years of experience in operations, PMO, business analysis, or sales/marketing operations at a startup, agency, or consultancy
• Think in systems and turn messy inputs into clear trackers, useful dashboards, and repeatable processes
• Comfortable working with CRM and automation tools and learning new systems
• Proactive in tracking commitments, flagging blockers early, and closing loops without reminders
• Strong written and spoken English

• Part-time, approximately 15 hours a week
