• Build and optimize automated customer journeys and campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Translate business needs into practical marketing automation solutions
• Support global and local product launches and marketing campaigns
• Explore and test AI-powered solutions within Salesforce
• Partner with regional and local markets on their day-to-day needs
• Coordinate customer communications across campaigns and channels
• Share best practices and support markets through training and guidance
• Collaborate with CRM colleagues, Marketing, IT and other business teams

• 4–6 Years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, digital marketing or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable platform
• Experience building and optimizing customer journeys, campaigns and digital communications
• Experience working with business stakeholders and regional/local markets
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns or product launches
• Tech-savvy and curious about AI and emerging technologies
• Customer-focused and able to understand business needs
• Collaborative and comfortable working with global teams
• Strong ability to plan and align stakeholders and priorities
• Hands-on and solution-oriented, with a focus on solving business problems
• Agile and adaptable, comfortable working in an evolving environment
