Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Digital Technologies, Computer Science, or a related discipline.Proven track of experience in Marketing Automation, Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related role.Hands-on experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, or comparable solutions.Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems, digital customer journeys, lead management processes, data flows, and platform integrations.Experience designing and implementing automated workflows, lead nurturing programs, lifecycle models, and campaign automation initiatives.Operational expertise in performance marketing platforms like Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn to driving ambitious revenue or lead generation targetsStrong knowledge of marketing data management, data quality, governance, consent management, campaign attribution, and reporting frameworks.Experience managing marketing technology implementations, integrations, optimization projects, and cross-functional stakeholders.Experience evaluating, implementing, or governing AI-powered marketing tools, including chatbots, conversational AI, content generation, personalization, and workflow automation solutions.Experience developing MarTech roadmaps, governance frameworks, operating standards, and user adoption programs.Knowledge of APIs, middleware, webhooks, customer data platforms, analytics solutions, and integration tools.Experience managing software vendors, implementation partners, licensing models, and technology budgets.Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions, automated workflows, and operational processes.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong presentation, training, documentation, and change management capabilities.Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively across multiple business functions, regions, and global teams.Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce, particularly marketing automation, lead management, campaign execution, reporting, or platform administration, is highly beneficial.Experience working with Microsoft Copilot and Azure-based technologies in a marketing, automation, or business environment.Hands-on experience with AI-enabled content creation tools such as HeyGen, Gamma, ElevenLabs, Canva, and Envato.A background in scaling performance marketing across ASO, Search Marketing or Paid Social is highly valuedExperience working with SAP systems and integrating SAP data or processes with marketing, CRM, or other business platforms.A passion for technology and how it can deliver business value at scaleFamiliarity with enterprise AI governance, information security, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
