• Own marketing analytics processes, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data quality standards to ensure reliable and actionable insights across the organization;
• Monitor key marketing and business performance metrics, identify growth opportunities and performance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations;
• Design, prioritize, and evaluate marketing experiments and A/B tests to optimize acquisition, retention, engagement, and overall marketing efficiency;
• Develop, maintain, and improve analytical and predictive models for marketing decision-making, including attribution, forecasting, segmentation, and budget allocation models;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities, automating analytical workflows, and implementing best practices in marketing measurement and analytics.

• Higher education in a technical, mathematical, or economics-related field;
• Strong proficiency in SQL;
• Advanced Google Sheets skills, including confident use of pivot tables;
• Strong knowledge of statistics and A/B testing methodologies;
• Hands-on experience in marketing analytics and predictive modeling;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: Experience with Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling, experience building automated reporting and analytics workflows, experience with marketing experimentation frameworks and incrementality measurement, experience working with attribution models, paid acquisition channels, and advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
