Proven experience in instructional design or digital learning content creation.Experience in generating creative solutions to meet business problems through digital content development.Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools.Excellent communication, engagement and influencing skills.Ability to work closely with SMEs to extract key development objectives and translate to learning outcomes.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Excellent written and visual communication skills.CIPD Level 5 or equivalent in L&D Design.Familiarity with LMS integration and content migration processes.Experience working within a construction, engineering, or technical environment.Additional Information
