Influencer marketing manager

YesStyle.com is a leading global online retailer that specializes in Korean and other Asian beauty, fashion and lifestyle products. As the Influencer Marketing Manager for Spain/LATAMregion, you are to grow YesStyle’s influencer network in Spanish-speaking markets to increase and strengthen the brand visibility across the region through impactful strategy and creative marketing campaigns to reach our target audience.

• Manage all influencer activities for the Spanish-speaking markets from start to finish (e.g. outreach, negotiation, briefing, tracking and reporting).
• Identify and engage with relevant influencers profiles to create content on social media channels such as YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
• Create and implement influencer marketing strategies in line with the overall marketing goals to strengthen brand awareness across Spanish-speaking markets and ultimately to drive sales.
• Build and maintain strong and long-term partnerships with engaged influencers.
• Study the local market and the competitors to give insight on how to gain a competitive advantage within the market.
• Suggest and implement influencer marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and give more exposure to our influencer partners.
• Act as the main point of contact between YesStyle and influencers offering a unique experience and good service.
• Prepare marketing reports and track various data metrics for influencers.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, with a good understanding of influencer market and beauty market of Spain/LATAM region
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Social media savvy (IG, TikTok, YouTube) and understanding of influencer marketing strategies and techniques
• Data analysis skills
• Strong people and communication skills
• Organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
• Good relationship building skills
