Head of growth & marketing

Fitxlink launched in the United States and now has customers and partner gyms in Azerbaijan. With development and sales teams already in place, we’re looking for someone to help build our marketing engine as we grow locally and expand into more countries. Work directly with the founding team to turn awareness into customers, stronger partnerships, and measurable growth.

• Shape our marketing strategy and put it into action.
• Build our social presence and develop influencer collaborations.
• Work with partner gyms on joint campaigns and community engagement.
• Launch digital and traditional campaigns that attract and convert customers.
• Track results, learn quickly, and scale successful approaches.

• You have hands-on marketing experience, understand the Azerbaijani market, and can turn ideas into execution.
• You’re resourceful, comfortable with data, and use AI and modern tools to move faster.
• You care about customers and revenue as much as creative work.

• This is an entrepreneurial opportunity, not a conventional salaried, 9-to-5 position. Commitment and compensation will be discussed openly based on the scope of the role.
