• Build and execute Tangem’s influencer sales strategy across crypto, finance, trading, gaming, tech, lifestyle, and regional creator ecosystems.
• Own influencer-driven revenue targets.
• Build CRM/pipeline for influencers.
• Manage and strengthen the current Influencers managers team.
• Creates briefs that explain product positioning, use cases, talking points, and offer mechanics.
• Source, negotiate, and close high-value influencer partnerships.
• Build relationships with tier-1 crypto KOLs, YouTubers, X creators, Telegram communities.
• Own promo codes, attribution, CAC, ROAS, conversion performance.
• Coordinate launches, integrations, reviews, giveaways, co-branded activations.
• Own influencer partnerships as a revenue channel - from sourcing and negotiation to activation, performance tracking, and scaling.

• 5+ years in influencer partnerships, affiliate sales, BD, or creator economy.
• Proven ability to generate measurable sales via creators.
• Experience negotiating creator deals.
• Analytical and performance-driven.
• Team management.
