Adapty provides a platform used by more than 30,000 subscription apps. It tracks $5B in revenue, serves 4B users, and handles 80B API calls per month. The company is building a SaaS business for mobile apps.

• Build and run a daily content operation across the blog, LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Discord, and the community, including the content plan, publishing cadence, and quality standards
• Produce flagship industry reports based on Adapty data
• Create lead magnets such as reports, benchmarks, tools, mini-sites, and games
• Own content distribution through repurposing, localization, syndication, PR, and paid promotion with the growth team
• Launch podcasts, videos, and newsletters
• Hire and lead the content team, using AI-native workflows from day one
• Own content performance metrics, including reach, report downloads, MQLs, and sourced pipeline

• 5+ Years of experience in content and 2+ years leading it
• Experience building a daily publishing operation across channels and formats and growing its reach; be ready to share the numbers
• Experience producing data-driven research reports that were quoted
• A distribution-first approach
• Experience hiring and managing a content team and setting up its processes, including localization
• Product mindset, with experience creating lead magnets and interactive tools
• Use AI to increase output without compromising quality
• Strong written English
