Head of brand social media

We’re looking for a Brand Social Media Lead to grow Movavi’s reach across social media, including YouTube. You’ll build effective team processes, use data to guide decisions, and turn those actions into consistent growth across our channels. At the same time, we want that growth to stay true to the Movavi brand. Our channels should reflect our values and inspire people around the world to create awesome content.

• Develop a social media and YouTube strategy and align it with our brand platform and business goals to drive consistent growth in reach
• Lead and develop the team, improving workflows, content quality, and the team’s ability to interpret key metrics
• Own key channel metrics and grow reach, views, engagement, and website traffic
• Track and analyze performance, prepare clear reports, and adjust plans based on the data

• 3+ years of management experience in social media or digital marketing, including strategy development, task management, and coaching team members
• Strong understanding of social platforms and algorithms, including virality, audience retention, and organic growth
• Deep knowledge of content trends and formats in the US market
• Confidence working with platform analytics
• Strong analytical skills and experience measuring the content funnel, including reach, retention, thumbnail CTR, engagement rate, and click-throughs
• English at B2 level or higher for following global trends and references and communicating with international creators and contractors
• Experience working with influencers, agencies, and external production teams, from briefing through evaluating campaign performance
