Growth Marketer

Multilogin helps users manage multiple online identities through isolated browser environments with unique digital fingerprints. It is evolving from automation tools for humans into infrastructure for AI agents, providing digital identities that enable agents to operate online like real users.

• Own and develop growth marketing initiatives across customer reviews, referrals, paid marketing, and other identified growth opportunities
• Analyze performance independently, identify problems and opportunities, and turn them into structured, measurable action plans
• Manage initiatives from planning through execution, including priorities, responsibilities, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics
• Coordinate internal teams, external agencies, and partners to ensure agreed actions are completed on time
• Own and improve customer review and online reputation processes across priority platforms
• Analyze and grow the referral program by improving participation, conversions, referred users, and generated revenue
• Lead paid marketing coordination, including performance reviews, campaign improvements, landing pages, creatives, offers, and tracking
• Monitor results, resolve blockers, document learnings, and provide clear recommendations and next steps

• At least 3 years of experience in digital or growth marketing
• At least 1 year of experience in a lead role
• Proven experience independently owning and managing a marketing process or function
• Ability to identify opportunities, set priorities, and turn ideas into structured, measurable initiatives
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners or agencies
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data and reports
• Ability to organize processes, follow up on execution, and deliver results
• English communication skills at B2+ level, written and verbal
• Proactive, hands-on, organized, and comfortable working with limited supervision
