• Design and maintain end-to-end conversion tracking for Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Implement consistent marketing and conversion events across Web, iOS, Android and backend systems.
• Ensure correct tracking of orders, delivered purchases, revenue and other funnel events.
• Configure and maintain integrations with GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer, BigQuery and advertising platforms.
• Implement and maintain Universal Links, deep links, AppsFlyer OneLink and campaign parameters.
• Ensure compliance with iOS requirements, including ATT, AdNetwork and platform-specific attribution limitations.
• Implement server-side integrations such as Meta Conversions API and equivalent Google and TikTok solutions.
• Ensure proper event matching, deduplication, attribution and data quality.
• Support the transition from Bloomreach and the implementation of EvamX or another CRM and marketing automation solution.
• Build integrations between CRM, marketing automation, product, analytics and advertising systems.
• Implement monitoring that identifies tracking problems before they affect campaign performance.
• Maintain clear technical documentation of the complete MarTech setup.

• Strong practical experience with mobile and web marketing measurement.
• Experience integrating advertising SDKs, APIs and server-side events.
• Knowledge of Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer and BigQuery.
• Experience with CRM, direct marketing or marketing automation implementations.
• Experience with platforms such as Bloomreach, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable solutions would also be relevant.
• Ability to work across Growth, Product, Engineering and Data teams.
