You will contribute to the category integrated marketing communications end to end journey encompassing the marketing roadmap, brand positioning, global master content assets and campaigns, and content strategy and optimizations to contribute to sales growth, sustainable market share and brand strength increase. You will work towards accelerating creative effectiveness & marketing communication excellence across the brand / category.

As Senior Global Marketing Communications Manager for Beauty, you will lead the global communications strategy for Philips Lumea and the Body and Skincare portfolio. You will be responsible for translating business strategy into compelling, integrated marketing communications that strengthen brand equity, accelerate commercial growth, and deliver outstanding consumer experiences across every touchpoint.

This is a highly visible global role, combining strategic brand leadership with

hands-on campaign development and cross-functional collaboration.

• Defining and evolving the global product brand positioning, messaging framework, and visual identity for Philips Lumea IPL/ Body and Skincare
• Leading the development and global rollout of integrated campaigns, focusing on Social first and online video, digital, e-commerce, CRM, PR, TV and shopper marketing.
• Driving the communications strategy and execution for new product launches, ensuring consistency and excellence across all markets.
• Managing the communications roadmap and prioritizing deliverables in line with the 18–24 month category plan.
• Developing global master assets, campaign toolkits, and content frameworks that enable local market activation while protecting brand consistency.
• Partnering closely with digital, e-commerce, shopper marketing, CRM, PR, and regional marketing teams to deliver seamless consumer experiences.
• Championing creative excellence by driving a distinctive brand personality, tone of voice, and premium visual identity across all communications.
• Managing external creative and production agencies, ensuring high-quality output, effective collaboration, and delivery against agreed
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, challenging thinking where appropriate and continuously raising the standard of marketing communications across the category.

You're the right fit if:

• 10+ years of experience in global marketing communications or brand marketing.
• Bachelor's or Master's in areas such as Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Market Research or equivalent in Consumer Goods domain.
• A strong track record of building premium brands in an international environment, either client-side or within a leading agency.
• Extensive experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, digital, social media, e-commerce, CRM, shopper marketing, and content ecosystems.
• Experience leading global product launch communications and managing complex cross-functional marketing programs.
• Strong production experience, with the ability to oversee high-quality creative development from briefing through execution.
• Proven experience managing world-class creative agencies and external partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across global and regional teams.
• A strong commercial mindset combined with deep consumer understanding and a passion for creating meaningful brand experiences.

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is EUR 78.187,00 - EUR 130.312,00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

This role is eligible for 3% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results.
