Generative Content Creator for mobile games

Moon Active is a global mobile game developer whose games entertain millions of people worldwide.

• Own video ads end to end, from concept, art and AI generation through sound, editing and delivery, including gameplay-driven ads, story-driven narratives, hooks and reskins
• Study ad performance data, market trends and competitor creatives, and use the insights to develop stronger hooks, angles and ideas for each brief
• Ensure AI-generated output follows each game's visual style guide, character roster, quality standards, brand identity and IP and copyright guidelines
• Research and test emerging image, video and audio models, and bring them to the team to improve creative workflows

• Have 3+ years of professional, hands-on video production experience, including shooting, animation, motion design, 3D or editing productions from start to finish
• Have hands-on experience with generative video and image platforms such as Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, Nano Banana 2 and ChatGPT Image 2, or similar
• Translate film fundamentals—including shot types, lenses, camera moves, lighting and action beats—into precise AI generations
• Have strong command of After Effects for basic compositing, stitching shots, quick fixes, layers, masking, tracking and color; Premiere for timeline and editing; and Photoshop for art and image work
• Have a strong feel for story, timing and emotion, and a solid grasp of color, composition, lighting and anatomy to identify and fix imperfections in AI outputs
• Be adaptable and independent, solve problems creatively, run work without waiting for instructions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Take responsibility for deliverables, raise issues early and communicate clearly with teammates, Leads and Creative Producers
• Будет плюсом: experience building custom ComfyUI pipelines, familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor or basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, ExtendScript), familiarity with Blender, Cinema 4D or Maya and integrating 3D assets into AI pipelines, ability to create mock gameplay, game UI and interactive mechanics using AI generation and After Effects motion graphics, background in UA video ads or marketing creatives for mobile games
