As Founding Marketing Lead, you will build and run the marketing function at a seed-stage B2B AI software company. Working closely with founders and product teams, you will create campaigns, launch products, and develop content that supports customer acquisition, pipeline, and revenue.

Plan and execute campaigns across email, social media, the website, events, partnerships, and paid channels.
Create and distribute newsletters, founder content, customer stories, videos, webinars, blog posts, and social content.
Support product launches across customer-facing channels.
Organize webinars, dinners, conferences, and customer events from planning through follow-up.
Turn founder ideas, customer conversations, and market insights into polished content.
Develop campaign concepts and create creative assets independently or with support from external collaborators and AI tools.
Build and optimize landing pages, campaign pages, and conversion journeys.
Test new formats, partnerships, and distribution channels, then expand the approaches that work.
Track marketing impact across audience attention, pipeline, and revenue.
требования
At least 3 years of marketing experience in a B2B startup or scaleup.
Native German fluency and excellent German and English writing skills.
Hands-on experience across campaigns, content, events, product launches, landing pages, and conversion journeys.
Comfort using AI tools for research, writing, design, automation, and analysis.
A strong eye for content, design, and brand, with a practical, commercially minded approach to execution and growth.
Ability to work autonomously, move quickly, and deliver reliably.
