Minimum of four years of experience in a broad marketing role, ideally in an international B2B environment.A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools, and the ability to develop solutions that respond to evolving customer needs and digital behaviours.A data-driven mindset and the ability to analyse performance metrics, translate data into clear recommendations.Experience in knowledge sharing, with the confidence to communicate insights that educate the organisation and build stakeholder buy-in.Strong content creation skills, with the ability to plan, produce, and adapt compelling content for websites, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.Proven experience in planning, managing, and optimising the performance of digital channels and multi-channel marketing campaigns using data.Practical experience with the following tools and platforms:Marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics), including campaign execution, lead nurturing, email marketing, and performance tracking.Analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar and Google Analytics 4).Content management systems (e.g. Sitecore) for creating, managing, and optimising digital content.Paid media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads).Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to improve content creation, campaign optimisation, customer insights, and marketing efficiency, together with sound judgement and a responsible approach to data, quality, and brand integrity.Excellent written and spoken English.
