Digital marketing manager SEO/GEO

Who we're missing is you! We're looking for you, with a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for trends, and a clear understanding of the dynamic development of search engines and AI-driven answer systems (e.g. Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini).

• You are responsible for developing, implementing and continuously optimizing holistic SEO and GEO strategies to increase our clients' organic visibility.
• You develop forward-looking concepts for GEO, for example through structured content approaches, entity optimization, and strengthening authority and trustworthiness.
• You use common tools such as Sistrix, Semrush, Google Search Console, Peec.ai and Google Analytics, and derive data-based recommendations for action from them.
• You apply your deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategies and information architectures in collaboration with Development, UX and Editorial.
• You continuously develop on-page, off-page and content optimization, with both traditional search engines and AI systems in mind.
• You always keep PageSpeed, Core Web Vitals, structured data and technical SEO in mind.

• Agile mindset? Absolutely! Our projects are mainly in an agile environment, and we work with tools such as Miro, Jira and Confluence.
• You have very good German skills (at least C1), as our current projects are predominantly conducted in German.
