The Technology Consulting team at PwC Polska guides organizations through digital transformation processes, from idea and strategy to operational implementation and deployment, helping companies grow in a constantly changing technological and digital environment.

• Manage D365 CRM implementation projects;
• Provide substantive supervision over implemented functionalities including fit/gap analysis, option review, scenario preparation, and functional project and epic/user story reviews;
• Coordinate the work of analysts, configurators, developers, and testers;
• Collaborate with the client team and moderate dialogue with key business stakeholders;
• Design processes and functionalities within Dynamics 365 CRM as well as AI mechanisms;
• Build a positive team atmosphere and maintain good client relationships;
• Define and control project scope and schedule and communicate project status;
• Prepare Proof of Concepts and present Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities to clients;
• Support the sales proposal preparation process.

• Very good knowledge of Dynamics CRM and D365 CE;
• Drive to develop, lead implementation projects, and make key decisions;
• Excellent communication and analytical skills;
• Desire to build competences in consulting and project management;
• Solution-oriented mindset;
• Experience and/or education in the IT field;
• Curiosity about business applications of AI;
• Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written);
• Willingness to travel for business up to approximately 20% of working time.
