задачи
- Design, execute, and optimise lifecycle and in-life campaigns to drive conversions across client life stages;
- Act as a central pillar of the organisation by working cross-collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Client Experience, Data, and Product Teams;
- Create clear, concise briefs for Creative and Content Teams;
- Evaluate current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and introduce new ways of working to drive scalability;
- Maintain a strong understanding of marketing compliance and execute campaigns with attention to detail;
- Analyse data, report on KPIs, and present results and roadmaps to stakeholders.
требования
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience;
- Proven track record in multi-channel strategy including Email, Push, In-App, and SMS;
- Strong experience with CRM orchestration platforms;
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, lead cross-functional projects, and influence stakeholders;
- Strategic thinking with a detail-oriented approach to execution and compliance;
- Passion for client experience and dedication to creating impactful, relevant journeys;
- Nice to have: Working experience in FinTech, trading sector, or highly regulated global industries.
