• Act as the central contact for internal Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams on Salesforce usage and process consulting;
• Create custom reports, dashboards, and analyses to support data-driven decisions;
• Identify optimization opportunities to improve data quality in CRM processes;
• Administer Salesforce and maintain fields, workflows, and user permissions;
• Coordinate with external IT service providers to implement new ideas from business requirements through go-live;
• Support projects with CRM expertise to further develop cross-functional processes;
• Keep colleagues informed about system updates through newsletters or short training sessions.

• Have initial experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, as well as SAP SD or Jira;
• Have a good technical understanding of complex systems;
• Work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel and pivot tables;
• Translate complex requirements into clear solutions for business departments and technical partners;
• Work in a structured way with different teams in agile project environments;
• Have very good German skills (at least C1);
• Have good English skills (at least B2).
