CRM Manager

XbyX – Women in Balance is a growing lifestyle brand that helps women enjoy the second half of life through education about nutrition, menopause, and healthy aging. It also offers innovative plant-based products based on current scientific findings.

• Plan, design, and execute weekly content newsletters;
• Develop existing communication channels, including newsletters, direct mailings, postcards, and package inserts;
• Build new communication channels, including WhatsApp;
• Analyze user journeys and develop automated email flows;
• Conduct A/B tests to increase email marketing revenue, customer retention, and newsletter subscriber growth;
• Conduct regular surveys and focus groups to better understand customers;
• Create customer segments and continuously test and analyze campaign performance;
• Track KPIs such as Customer Lifetime Value;
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team, product management, and customer service.

• Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification;
• Initial experience in CRM and email marketing;
• Interest in understanding the target audience and developing customer communication based on its needs;
• Strong analytical skills and good technical understanding;
• Experience with tools such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar;
• Structured, careful, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style;
• Strong focus on the best possible customer experience;
• Good knowledge of office software or Google Suite;
• Excellent Excel and/or Google Sheets skills;
• Strong understanding of audience-specific communication;
• Absolute confidence in written German;
• Ability to work as a team player and independently deliver projects reliably.
