• Produce, test, and scale TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and UGC creatives for paid campaigns
• Collaborate with creators and influencers by writing briefs, managing production, and optimizing results
• Identify emerging formats, trends, and native storytelling techniques across social platforms
• Monitor direct and indirect competitors and adjacent industries to generate creative hypotheses
• Translate Hook Rate, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and CAC metrics into creative insights and actionable iterations
• Analyze web and app funnels and assess how creatives affect conversion, ARPPU D0, and LTV
• Work closely with the UA team to ensure creatives effectively scale growth

• 3+ Years in creative production or performance marketing
• Proven track record of scaling UGC creatives on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, or other platforms, with results that can be explained
• Experience building or scaling a full-cycle in-house creative production
• Deep understanding of beauty and skincare trends and visual language
• Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making
• English B2+
