• Own the creative testing framework end-to-end, including the hypothesis-to-verdict pipeline, data thresholds, and stop-loss rules;
• Generate creative hypotheses based on performance data, competitor analysis, and insights from adjacent verticals;
• Brief and manage designers and the AI-generation pipeline, overseeing testing execution with the UA team;
• Analyze creative performance metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, IPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and cohort retention;
• Maintain a taxonomy and knowledge base of winning creative themes and angles;
• Deliver weekly reports on the creative portfolio and drive iteration on successful concepts.

• 2+ Years of experience in creative strategy or creative performance, preferably in high-volume operations within e-commerce, gaming, or dating;
• Hands-on experience with GenAI video and image tools;
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in large datasets, spreadsheets, and dashboards;
• Strong brief-writing skills to enable production execution;
• Working English for the US market;
• Nice to have: Editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects.
