задачи
Own the creative strategy across paid acquisition channels, including hooks, formats, narratives, visual language, and the end-to-end creative roadmap
Build scalable, documented creative production processes from brief to launch, covering ideation, production, testing, and iteration
Design and prioritize a high-volume hypothesis backlog, run structured creative experiments, and translate results into decisions
Conduct competitor and trend research, source and analyze organic content for winning angles, and adapt it to paid formats
Launch new funnels and product angles from scratch and define the creative playbook for the new project
Work with a cross-functional team to drive growth and achieve business objectives
Hire, onboard, and develop Creative Marketing Managers as the project and team grow
требования
3+ Years as a Creative Marketing Manager, Creative Producer, or Creative Strategist in subscription B2C products
Hands-on experience across multiple ad platforms, including Meta, Google, and TikTok
Experience launching new products, funnels, or marketing directions from scratch
Deep understanding of digital marketing, paid social, and creative trends
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
Experience with web funnels and understanding how creative, landing pages, and offers work together
Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-moving environment with a high level of uncertainty
Leadership potential, including the ability to set a vision, build processes, raise standards, and develop people
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
