Project manager in mobile apps

We are looking for a Project Manager for the Woofz project. After onboarding and successful completion of the probation period, the candidate will independently manage the project and own delivery end-to-end.

• Running Scrumban ceremonies and day-to-day team processes
• Clarifying requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders, and turning them into a prioritized backlog with the team
• Planning, estimation, and tracking of scope, timelines, and capacity
• Managing risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies
• Status reporting to stakeholders and management
• Maintaining project documentation and improving team processes

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in cross-functional or product development teams
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up project management routines
• Strong analytical skills: working with requirements, planning, and risk management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Willingness to dive deep into the product
