• Experience building, managing, or growing an online community, preferably on Discord
• Experience planning and running community activities, with examples of how you encouraged participation
• Ability to work autonomously, set priorities, develop ideas, organize work, and deliver without step-by-step direction
• Comfort communicating with a technical audience and learning about technical products; experience may come from AI, software development, game development, open source, or another technology-focused community
• Strong written English and ability to facilitate useful, welcoming conversations
• Confidence reaching out to developers, community organizers, and potential partners
• Ability to create content from community activities, such as podcasts, AMA sessions, recaps, interviews, demos, short videos, or social posts
• Familiarity with Discord tools, moderation practices, and day-to-day server management
• Interest in AI and curiosity about what people are building with it
