• Develop and implement content strategies for social media, community channels, and a content creator program for the international Rush Royale market;
• Manage a team of content and SMM managers and external content creator specialists;
• Develop content plans for social media, web, and in-app brand communication channels;
• Generate ideas for publications and create text-graphic and video content, including writing, translating, formatting, and editing materials;
• Collect statistics and analyze content effectiveness, feedback, and competitors;
• Identify new ways to increase reach and engagement and prepare regular reports;
• Track new social media tools, community trends, and best practices for implementation;
• Engage with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

• 5 Years of experience in community management and/or SMM;
• Experience directly managing teams of 3 or more people;
• Ability to write creative and literate texts;
• Experience creating and/or producing video content, including scripting and storyboarding;
• Knowledge of user motivation and engagement systems;
• Fluency with Discord, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Telegram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and news websites;
• Experience in project management, process building, work algorithm development, and prioritization;
• Creative thinking, communication skills, stress resistance, flexibility, multitasking, responsibility, punctuality, and independence;
• Nice to have: Experience in the gaming industry, especially mobile gaming in strategy or collectible card games, deep immersion in Western culture including the US, Germany, France, and the UK, experience working with content creators, streamers, video makers, and/or brand ambassadors, experience developing lore and building and interweaving storylines.
