Chief Marketing Officer

UMO is a stealth-mode FinTech venture aiming to evolve the way people experience money by building a unified, AI-powered, yet deeply human modern money platform across fiat, crypto, and investments - subject to regulatory approvals. The platform is being designed to break down traditional barriers to money across access, assets, and experience, enabling simpler, more adaptive ways for people to interact with financial services. We are currently developing our MVP and navigating licensing requirements, with a multidisciplinary team of 100+ people representing 20+ nationalities. With our headquarters in the UAE and offices in Portugal and Ukraine, we are united behind a shared ambition and a relentless focus on serving our customers.

As a part of our team, you'll help us shape a platform that works for One — a business owner, an artist, a freelancer. In this role, you will build and manage a growth system based on data, AI, and user intent, transforming marketing from a communication function into a real-time decision layer. We provide the space for you to exercise true strategic autonomy, stripping away micromanagement so you can integrate marketing directly into the product, drive user acquisition and retention through intent detection, and evolve UMO into a trusted financial assistant end-to-end.

• Growth & Decision Layer (The Core): Build an intent detection and decisioning system based on user data. Integrate marketing directly into the product (product-led growth) to drive "one intent -> one action" logic, shaping the user's experience by correctly reacting to their state in the moment.
• Data & MarTech Architecture: Build our first-party data strategy, developing the CDP, data layer, event tracking, and data clean rooms while maintaining data quality, structure, and accessibility for automated decisioning.
• Customer Lifecycle & Personalization: Design the end-to-end customer journey, transitioning from traditional segments to individual scenarios powered by behavior, context, financial status, and life event triggers.
• Go-to-Market & Growth Execution: Develop GTM strategies for new products and markets while managing performance, partnership, and product-led acquisition channels focused on LTV, engagement, and value delivered.
• Brand & Trust: Shape UMO's positioning as an AI-native financial assistant and trusted decision layer, ensuring absolute communication consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Compliance & Data Governance: Ensure strict compliance with GDPR, privacy rules, advertising standards, and consent management frameworks in close coordination with CISO, Risk, and Legal teams.
• Analytics & Intelligence: Build a real-time metrics system measuring intent detection accuracy, context conversions, LTV, retention, and value delivered.
• Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead Growth, Data, Marketing, and CRM/Lifecycle teams while partnering closely with Product, Tech, AI, Risk, and Compliance.
