Brand manager in FMCG

An international FMCG company invites candidates for the Brand Manager position.

• lead the development and execution of brand marketing plans for assigned brands in Belarus, aligning with regional and global strategy and local consumer insights / business needs and priorities
• translate global campaigns / programs into culturally resonant, locally relevant activations across media and experiential channels ensuring an optimal implementation and amplification of the brand programs
• implement brand activities including advertising, digital content, experiential events, sampling, shopper activation, and customer specific programs
• partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure integrated execution across commercial, digital and retail environments
• collaborate with agency partners to develop creative concepts, packaging updates and promotional materials that enhance brand equity and drive purchase intent
• support innovation launches in line with through coordination with supply chain and commercial teams
• manage program budgets, timelines, approvals and deliverables to ensure flawless execution of the plan, hitting all system milestones on time and within budget
• manage brand / projects performance and competitive analysis through data analysis by converting KPI’s and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business
• foster internal collaboration and capability building across teams to elevate marketing excellence and brand execution standards

• University Degree
• work experience in brand management, marketing or product development within FMCG
• Upper-Intermediate English or above
