Brand & business development manager in retail

With our brands ROB’s, HEYYY, and EMYO, we bring the power of social media communities to store shelves. • You develop new brands—from the idea to launch.
• You create product, market, and competitor analyses, evaluate them, and derive measures.
• You develop brand strategies, business cases, and project plans.
• You support price negotiations and brand-related discussions with retailers.
• You manage brand development internally—from product development to marketing.
• You work closely with our artists and are responsible for regular coordination.
• You support market entry and lay the foundation for long-term growth.

• You have several years of experience in business development, brand development, or innovation management.
• You think strategically, work in a structured way, and take responsibility.
• You have a good feel for brands, trends, and target groups.
• You have experience developing new products or brands.
• You are solution-oriented, hands-on, and willing to explore new approaches.
• You have very good German and English language skills.
• You are confident using MS Office.
