B2B Marketing Manager

We are looking for a senior, hands-on B2B Marketing Manager to build and lead our B2B marketing function.

This is not a role for someone who only coordinates agencies or manages an existing team.

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional who can take full ownership of the function from day one: defining the strategy, creating the plan, executing campaigns and establishing the processes needed to support our commercial growth.

Initially, you will work independently and collaborate closely with our Commercial and Sales teams, external agencies and partners. As the function grows, you will be responsible for building and leading the B2B marketing team.

We are looking for someone highly creative, commercially minded and exceptionally

organised. Someone who understands what needs to be done, takes initiative and turns ideas into measurable results.

• Proven senior-level experience in B2B marketing, ideally within iGaming. SaaS, fintech or technology domains could be considered also.
• Demonstrated success in social media, lead generation and international event marketing.
• Experience building a marketing function, strategy or team from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, commercial funnels and lead qualification.
• A highly creative mindset with the ability to develop original campaigns and brand concepts.
• Excellent planning, organisation and project-management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect marketing activity with revenue.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to execute independently.
• Experience managing agencies, suppliers, budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with CRM, reporting and marketing automation tools.
• A proactive ownership mindset with high standards and strong attention to detail.
