We’re looking for a Brand Manager Assistant to join us in growing Hooks & Needles, one of our creative brands built around crochet and knitting. • Help develop and improve products for Hooks & Needles.
• Review patterns, instructions, and content for accuracy and quality.
• Work with creators and internal teams to bring projects to life.
• Review customer feedback and spot trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Turn insights into ideas for improving products and the customer experience.
• Keep up with crochet and knitting trends.
• Research new ideas, products, and opportunities for the brand.
• Help with product-related customer questions and feedback.
• Keep an eye on our online communities and what customers are talking about.
• Help execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Source creative content and support product storytelling.
• Use AI tools to speed up research, analysis, and everyday tasks.
• Look for ways technology can help us work faster and smarter.

• Up to € 1000 euros after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience.
• Please note that this role is based on a contract/freelance agreement.

• Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET - UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
• For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours - it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy. (This doesn’t apply to part-time roles.)
