Affiliate marketing manager in iGaming

We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to expand our affiliate network and drive business growth across South Asia

• dentify and acquire new affiliates, business partners, publishers, and traffic sources across target markets.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, direct outreach, and partnership negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, media buyers, marketing agencies, and CPA networks.
• Negotiate commercial agreements using CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and other relevant partnership models.
• Manage partner onboarding, campaign launches, ongoing communication, and performance reviews.
• Monitor traffic quality, first-time deposits (FTDs), conversion rates, ROI, and campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign results and work with partners to improve acquisition efficiency and revenue growth.
• Research market trends, competitors, and emerging traffic sources to identify new markets and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams on promotional offers, campaign materials, and partner requirements.
• Maintain accurate partner records and prepare regular performance reports.

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing and business development within the iGaming industry.
• Hands-on experience acquiring and managing affiliates, publishers, media buyers, or CPA networks.
• Strong understanding of CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid models, and traffic acquisition.
• Ability to analyze traffic quality, FTDs, conversion rates, ROI, and campaign performance.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
