The company specializes in financial brokerage services and provides financial products worldwide. Its in-house trading platform is offered to other brokers as a Software-as-a-Service solution.

• Source, attract, and onboard new partners for RevShare and CPA models in MENA;
• Build daily relationships with partners and prospect for new ones;
• Process inbound partner applications daily;
• Manage, support, and grow relationships with existing affiliates;
• Coordinate payout processes with assigned affiliates;
• Monitor affiliate activity to detect and prevent fraud;
• Handle partner inquiries and provide timely support;
• Initiate new projects to improve the affiliate program;
• Attend internal and international affiliate events, including meetings, conferences, and business trips;
• Collect partner feedback and share it with the team lead;
• Prepare and analyze reports;
• Complete onboarding within the first month;
• Hit KPIs by month three, including 250 FTDs and a set number of partners;
• Work closely with the regional team lead.

• Mid-level or higher experience in affiliate management;
• Fluent English;
• Proven experience with affiliate programs in Forex or brokerage;
• Experience managing CPA and RevShare programs;
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and sales skills;
• Nice to have: Arabic fluency.
