Vice president of diagnostic imaging and therapy

The Head of Diagnostic Imaging and Therapy will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of all business lines within the organization. Reporting directly to the head of CIS Region, this role will focus on driving business strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives, and managing cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.

• Develop and execute strategies across all business lines to support the company’s market growth and operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align business activities with the overall vision and goals.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of all business units, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategies that improve market positioning and competitive advantage.
• Ensure key business targets, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction, are met across all lines.
• Lead, coach, and mentor business unit managers, fostering a culture of performance excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure that team members are aligned with company goals and supported in their career development.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities in collaboration with the sales and business development teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, Business Administration or a related field is required.
• At least 10 years’ experience in similar fields.
• Proven experience in management role, with a strong track record of leading multiple business lines within a complex organization.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare or medical imaging industry, with an understanding of market dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and financial management skills.
• Chinese and English are required.
