• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs spanning multiple engineering teams
• Partner with Engineering to define scope, roadmap, milestones, and measurable outcomes
• Establish governance, reporting, and risk management practices to ensure transparency and accountability
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with Technology leadership to shape strategy and execution frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery effectiveness across the Technology organization
• Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving initiatives

• 4–6 Years of relevant experience
• Experience in at least two of the following: Technical Program Management, the financial services industry, or technology or financial services consulting
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Familiarity with relational database concepts and data modeling
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, or similar platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across diverse viewpoints
• Strategic thinking, connecting big-picture objectives to detailed execution plans
• Comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively independently and within cross-functional teams
