As Technical Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to shape your part of an evolving digital manufacturing application landscape. You will own the technical product direction, roadmap, backlog and day-to-day decisions, in close collaboration with the business, translating their needs and priorities into a clear, scalable and sustainable product path.
You will connect manufacturing needs with delivery-ready work for technical teams, helping establish a consistent product mindset across your scope. To make that work clear and actionable, you will establish and maintain product requirements, processes and guardrails that support development and delivery.
More specifically your tasks will be to:
- Own and continuously develop the technical product roadmap and backlog for your agreed area of digital manufacturing applications and capabilities.
- Turn incoming business needs into clearly defined problems and desired outcomes, then shape them into features with acceptance criteria. Keep the backlog structured and sufficiently refined for delivery teams to begin work, meeting the agreed Definition of Ready standards.
- Coordinate refinement and product preparation for sprint planning, make day-to-day prioritisation decisions within the agreed product direction, and escalate decisions outside your scope.
- Be the primary product contact for your assigned scope and coordinate dependencies across stakeholders and teams. Escalate cross-domain trade-offs, investment or capacity choices, and scope conflicts that need resolution beyond your remit.
- Keep manufacturing processes, applications, shared technology capabilities, integrations and deployment requirements aligned from end to end. Shape the roadmap around connected manufacturing needs rather than separate technology silos.
- Manage the technical capability lifecycle from prioritised business need and validation through delivery, operational feedback and continuous improvement, using agreed measures to inform product-quality and lifecycle decisions.
You can be based in Skjern, Østbirk, Kolding or Hørsholm. The role requires regular physical presence in Skjern and at manufacturing locations in Denmark, with occasional travel abroad. When tasks and projects allow, you can work from home up to 2 days per week.
