• Own the AI product vision and roadmap;
• Define which AI-powered flows to build, scale, or kill based on usage data and business impact;
• Identify underscaled product surfaces and execute growth plans;
• Track the AI landscape and translate it into product advantage;
• Translate vision into clear specifications including user flows and edge cases;
• Drive end-to-end delivery with engineering and design teams;
• Prototype concepts using AI tools;
• Make data-driven launch decisions;
• Build and run a hypothesis-driven testing pipeline;
• Define and enforce AI feature quality standards;
• Analyze user behavior in Mixpanel to identify engagement and conversion opportunities;
• Partner with product owners and the Managing Director on strategy and priorities.

• 4+ Years in product management on consumer or SaaS products;
• 1+ Year of experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features to production;
• Proven end-to-end ownership from vision to shipped outcome;
• Hands-on experience defining and evaluating AI feature quality;
• Advanced data analysis skills using tools like Mixpanel;
• AI-native personal workflow with daily use of AI tools for prototyping and analysis;
• Track record of growth results on subscription or engagement-driven products;
• Ability to work within ± 4 hours of CET time zone;
• Nice to have: Experience with prompt iteration, user-facing failure handling, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
