• You lead the creative, studio and social teams with clear briefings: a sharp objective, concrete deliverables, budget and deadline. You guide them from the first idea to launch.
• You take full project management responsibility for social campaigns and always-on projects: scope, budget, planning, quality and process.
• You keep the scope clear and dare to say no when needed, always with a solution: together with the client, you look at what is possible.
• You keep control of budgets and margins, flag deviations in good time and provide input for the forecast. For always-on projects, you handle invoicing and closely monitor purchasing and sales together with the producer.
• You also take on lighter account tasks: you maintain the relationship and spot opportunities with the client instead of letting them pass by.

• You have experience as a (social) project manager, preferably at an agency.
• You are the hub, but not a go-between: you take the lead and own the result.
• You combine strong organization with a genuine understanding of what is going on with the client and the team. Together, these qualities make you good at this job.
• You plan and structure effortlessly, communicate clearly and always keep an overview.
• You have an affinity for social content production and know what social video and other social-first formats involve.
• You understand how social content and advertising work; you do not need to be a specialist, but you know what is needed to achieve results.
• You value the relationship as much as the deadline, and you are proactive: you spot opportunities to do things better and bring them up.
• You keep deadlines and budgets under control.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
