Services Project-Program Management Consultant

Dell Technologies Professional Services provides consulting and deployment services, including large-scale GPU and network rack installations in enterprise data centers.

• Lead and govern complex, multi-workstream deployment programs, including GPU, network, and large-scale compute rack installations
• Travel regularly to customer data center sites to provide executive-level oversight, manage daily execution, resolve escalations, and ensure delivery quality
• Advise customer leadership and align contracted solutions with realized business outcomes
• Serve as the senior onsite point of contact for deployment status, risk, and cross-functional issue resolution
• Develop predictive risk frameworks and drive pre-emptive interventions
• Identify lifecycle value and expansion opportunities across the portfolio
• Partner with sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams to turn delivery insights and shift-level reporting into growth strategies
• Champion adaptability, AI-driven delivery innovation, and continuous improvement
• Mentor and onboard junior consultants and onsite resources, and embed emerging tools and methodologies

• 12–15 Years of progressive experience in project and program management within technology services, IT infrastructure deployment, or data center operations
• Significant leadership of complex, customer-facing programs with multi-million-dollar scope
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, construction, networking, and operations teams and advise C-level customer sponsors and senior internal leaders
• Proven expertise in governing concurrent, multi-workstream deployment portfolios, including scope, schedule, financial, and risk management
• Experience with real-time issue resolution, daily and shift-level reporting, and recovering distressed programs
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer data center sites in the US, including extended onsite rotational periods
• Ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-changing environments
• Ability to apply formal problem-solving and issue-resolution methodologies, particularly during real-time troubleshooting and escalations
• PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification
