The project aims to implement Murex as the strategic derivatives trading platform. The implementation includes Murex platform deployment and configuration, commodity derivative product setup, market data integration, trade execution integration with Broadridge, data migration and reconciliation, and Front Office and Risk.

Ensure that goals are understood by everyone on the team
Collaborate with the Project Manager and team to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog, focusing on technical milestones and data integration requirements
Facilitate agile ceremonies and address technical impediments and integration challenges
Support the team in improving incremental value delivery to clients and stakeholders, focusing on quality, stability, and compliance with Google Cloud platform technical standards
Understand the technical and functional context of supported teams, including functional requirements, system architecture, agile frameworks, environmental constraints, and delivery implications
Remove impediments, create an effective working environment, and protect the team from interruptions, especially during release and deployment cycles
Foster continuous improvement, reinforce agile values and principles, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and release management processes
Collaborate with Release Management on planning, technical dependencies, implementation monitoring, and post-deployment
Produce metrics at the end of each Sprint to ensure delivery quality
Manage technical delivery risks, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and facilitate risk mitigation

5+ Years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar position, including coordinating complex software releases
In-depth experience with agile techniques and supporting agile teams, including technically oriented teams
Ability to provide guidance and leadership individually and at the agile team level
Structured, problem-solving approach to identifying and proactively removing technical impediments
Ability to coach and support people through changes in working practices, technologies, and delivery processes
Continuous improvement mindset focused on development and deployment cycles
Strong communication, motivation, observation, coaching, and mentoring skills; emotionally intelligent, calm, open-minded, and collaborative
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office Package for release planning and tracking
Experience coordinating technical activities and deliveries across distributed, multi-location teams
Experience in financial reporting or banking environments and understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for software delivery
Solid technical background and SDLC experience
Experience coordinating complex software product releases, including planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and dependencies between technical teams
