Project Manager

The company is growing its business and coordinates product launches across product, marketing, and operations.

• Set and manage the end-to-end launch calendar for product drops, accessory launches, content shoots, site builds, and agency deliverables
• Run the weekly scoreboard, ensuring every workstream has an owner, date, and status
• Chase owners, remove blockers, and escalate issues before deadlines are at risk
• Hold agencies and senior people accountable for targets and deadlines
• Turn founder direction into written plans, briefs, and decisions the team can act on
• Coordinate product, marketing, supply chain, and agencies across the US, UK, China, and the Philippines
• Flag slipping dates early and propose options
• Keep launches on their promised dates

• Proven track record of running launches or complex projects with hard deadlines
• Marketing knowledge sufficient to hold agencies accountable for numbers, not just deliverables
• Strong organisation skills and ability to turn founder direction into clear plans, owners, and next steps
• Clear, concise writing, especially when work needs to move quickly
• Comfortable holding senior people accountable and driving work forward
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align teams across functions and time zones
