Sales Operations- CRM (Europe)- 6-month interim

On July 1, 2025, IPL Plastics merged with Schoeller Allibert to form IPL Schoeller (the ‘company’). The Company’s operations are split across North America (11 manufacturing plants) and Europe (16 manufacturing plants).

IPL Schoeller is a leading manufacturer of sustainable rigid packaging solutions across a range of end market segments including returnable transit packaging, consumer and industrial packaging, environmental containers and agricultural packaging. The company employs c.4,100 employees across North America (1,600 employees) and Europe (2,500 employees.)

We are seeking a CRM Lead to own and evolve our CRM capability across the European Commercial organization. Reporting into Sales Operations, this role serves as the key link between Commercial teams, IT, Business Data, and technology partners to ensure CRM systems, processes, and data support business growth, customer engagement, pipeline visibility, and operational efficiency.

We are looking to fill this this as a 6-month temporary position.

This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on CRM product ownership, process optimization, user adoption, data governance, reporting, and continuous improvement rather than day-to-day system administration.

• Own the European CRM strategy, governance model, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Act as the Commercial business owner for CRM and related sales technologies.
• Partner with IT, data teams, and external vendors to deliver CRM enhancements, integrations, and new capabilities.
• Drive CRM adoption through training, change management, and user enablement initiatives.
• Design and improve sales processes, including lead, opportunity, pipeline, and customer lifecycle management.
• Establish and maintain CRM data quality, governance, and compliance standards.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and insights that support commercial decision-making.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize enhancement requests based on business value.

Required

• Significant experience in CRM management, product ownership, implementation, or commercial systems leadership.
• Hands-on CRM configuration, workflow, reporting, and data management experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of sales operations, pipeline management, and commercial processes.
• Experience working with IT, developers, data teams, and third-party providers.
• Proven success driving user adoption, training, and process change.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with HubSpot or other enterprise CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of reporting and automation tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, BigQuery, or similar.
• Experience supporting multi-country European commercial organizations.
• Understanding of CRM data governance, privacy, and security requirements.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or complex B2B environments.
• Additional European language skills.
